ANDERSON — Linda Jean (Ballard) Gregory, 61, of Anderson, died July 17, 2009, at Saint John's Medical Center after an extended illness.

She was life long Anderson resident and a homemaker.

She was a member of Family Life Community Church of Pendleton.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Larry Gregory whom she married in January 1972 in Anderson; her father, Samuel "Carl" Ballard; two daughters, Carla Gregory and Jennifer Gregory all of Anderson; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty (White) Ballard; brother, Larry Ballard and a sister, Shanna Featherston.

Cremation will take place with a memorial service at a later date.
