On March 3, 2005 in the
Indianapolis Star newspaper...
Norman Wayne Jackson 57, passed away February 20, 2005. He had recently
worked for Home Depot and had been an appliance salesman for many years. He
is survived by his son, Andrew Wayne Jackson; and daughter, Kerri Anne
(Jackson) Graves; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his
parents, Ronald and Roberta (Addison) Jackson. Services will be held at 10
a.m. Friday, March 4 at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141
Madison Avenue, with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at the
funeral home. Cremation will follow.
One additional note: I had called and talked with Norm just a couple of
months ago when he was working at Home Depot. I called the Home Depot again
after receiving word of his death and was told that Norman had collapsed at
work and died of a presumed heart attack on the way to the hospital.
