"In the Air Force, I was a Special Electronics Technician.  It was a specialized mission outfit which, as far as I know, hasn't yet been declassified.
I spent a year in Tech School at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, then a year at Edwards AFB in Southern California's Mojave Desert.  I went to Libya after that, and was there when Moammar Kadafi took over.  Interesting times ... .  Then, I spent a year in Austin, Texas, discharging out to Southern California."
