No overselling or high pressure selling techniques will be used to sell Saturn Computers or any other advanced information handling technology. Saturn Computers’ trained staff will assemble and supply quality Saturn computers using only new, proven, quality parts to all customers, whether they are an individual, a business, a church, or a school. Sales, service, and support work will be performed courteously, professionally, and Saturn Computers will never take any advantage of their customers’ lack of knowledge about computers and other information technology in its selling, service, pricing or billing. By following these basic, moral rules, Saturn Computers will strive to aid their surrounding local communities to efficiently and economically maximize their use of the ever changing computer and information handling technology now and for many years to come.
